It's all about nutrition and these easy to make protein nuggets are delicious and raw energy that will help keep you moving and training. I don't bake and these were super simple for me to make. I plan on trying several different alternatives and posting them in future videos. i.e. coconut, protein powder, shredded coconut, etc.
